Returns & Exchange

  • You can return & exchange the product within a 7 day period for any frame or sunglasses which has not been customised as per your prescription and purchased via our site or store. Please check the RETURN PROCESS below before doing the same.
  • S.R.Gopal Rao will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of Your order within the time period stipulated in the table below. Subject to events beyond our control delays may occur, we will intimate you accordingly.
  • S.R.Gopal Rao will communicate the dispatch details to You and will ship the Product/s to the mailing address provided by You while placing the order. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period of time, please notify the team at S.R.Gopal Rao (eyeshop@srgopalrao.com) or via whatsapp on +91 9606683683 , immediately. 
  • Please check the Product/s for accuracy upon receipt of the same. If you have received the incorrect product or damaged/broken product, then please inform us of the same immediately or within 24 hours of receipt. 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Inform us about the return
  2. You can do this via eyeshop@srgopalrao.com or via WhatsApp on +919606683683 or via our helpline which is 08047168060
  3. Once you do you will need to send us images of the product and the packaging so that we can verify its condition. Images or videos need to be clear in order for us to confirm the exchange
  4. The product should be packed in the same condition as it was when it reached you
  5. Once done please inform us please send us an image of this via eMail or WhatsApp and we will then initiate the reverse pick up 
  6. Once the product reaches us we will review its condition and then credit the amount to your wallet
  7. You can then use this amount to shop with us at any time in the future, either from our stores or online
  8. In the case of a refund the return will have to be packed and dispatched by you to us
  9. Refund is only offered on a case by case basis after careful review
