- You can return & exchange the product within a 7 day period for any frame or sunglasses which has not been customised as per your prescription and is not returned to us in a damaged condition. Please check the RETURN PROCESS below before doing the same.
- For international returns the shipping cost for return will have to be borne by the customer and the return shipment has to reach us within 7 days from the date of return for us to process a credit note for the order.
- S.R.Gopal Rao will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of Your order within the time period stipulated in the table below. Subject to events beyond our control delays may occur, we will intimate you accordingly.
- S.R.Gopal Rao will communicate the dispatch details to You and will ship the Product/s to the mailing address provided by You while placing the order. - Please check the Product/s for accuracy upon receipt of the same. If you have received the incorrect product or damaged/broken product, then please inform us of the same immediately or within 24 hours of receipt.

- Once you do you will need to send us images of the product and the packaging so that we can verify its condition. Images or videos need to be clear in order for us to confirm the exchange
- The product should be packed in the same condition as it was when it reached you
- Once done please inform us please send us an images of this via eMail or WhatsApp and dispatch the same to us
- Once the product reaches us we will review its condition again and then credit the amount to your wallet
- You can then use this amount to shop with us at any time in the future, either from our physical stores or online
- Refund is only offered on a case by case basis after careful review and analysis
