Returns & Delays

• You can return & exchange the product within a 7 day period for any frame or sunglasses which has not been customised as per your prescription and is not returned to us in a damaged condition. Please check the RETURN PROCESS below before doing the same.
• For international returns the shipping cost for return will have to be borne by the customer and the return shipment has to reach us within 7 days from the date of return initiation for us to process a credit note for the order.
• S.R.Gopal Rao will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of Your order within the time period stipulated in the table below. Subject to events beyond our control delays may occur, we will intimate you accordingly.
• S.R.Gopal Rao will communicate the dispatch details to You and will ship the Product/s to the mailing address provided by You while placing the order. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period of time, please notify the team at S.R.Gopal Rao (eyeshop@srgopalrao.com) or via whatsapp on +91 20 7127 9291 , immediately. 
• Please check the Product/s for accuracy upon receipt of the same. If you have received the incorrect product or damaged/broken product, then please inform us of the same immediately or within 24 hours of receipt. 

In the event of any unforeseen delays as mentioned by the manufacturer then the same will be intimated to You before the order is processed. In such a situation You may choose to accept or cancel the same. If you choose to accept it then the order placed cannot be cancelled later and you will have to wait for the stipulated period in order to receive your shipment. Please read our warranties, exchange and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order for the products.

The time taken to ship a product ordered via S.R.Gopal Rao Opticians online will vary based on product availability and customisations.

For international orders, customs duties will have to be paid on actuals by the customer based on the country laws and is not included in the cost of the product or shipping.

We work on all days EXCEPT for Sundays and Public Holidays.
